每個第一次…都令人難以忘懷，然而你還記得…初戀當時的感覺嗎？阿東（Nanon飾演）和其他男同學們，過著調皮搗蛋的幼稚高中生活，是學校跟老師眼中的麻煩搗蛋王。
某天，阿東因為頑劣的惡作劇，讓怒氣沖天的老師一聲令下，要他把座位搬到模範生小琳（Film飾演）的前面，打算請小琳來好好「整治」他。
起初，阿東跟小琳水火不容，不過一次意外插曲，卻悄然拉近兩人的距離，就此展開一段青澀的初戀故事。
只不過這場女生比男生早熟的愛情，終將還是要面對現實的考驗…。

《只因我們天生一對》製作公司，打造催淚愛情新經典泰國年度清新愛情電影《MyPrecious初戀》，為泰國知名電視節目製作暨經紀公司「GMMTV」首部製作電影，由《2gether電影版：只因我們天生一對》導演卡妮薩坤宇（KanitthaKwunyoo）和《情竇初開15歲》導演納帕齊沃拉帕（NaphatChitweerapat）聯手執導，帶領觀眾重回青春時光裡的友誼、初戀情懷與遺失已久的悸動，打造催淚愛情新經典！
在初期挑選製作題材上，兩位導演都不約而同想拍一部關於年輕人的愛情電影，因此將題材鎖定在高中時期的「初戀」。
卡妮薩導演分享：「我把自己推回最純粹自然的事物，關於一群平凡的人們，但將平凡化為『非凡』；而初戀最迷人的地方，就是它通常不完美，但教會了我們往後的戀愛該如何變得更好。
」。
尤其本片將時空背景拉回到1999年至2000年的「千禧世代」高中生們，不論是課堂上無聊畫著塗鴉、成群結隊相約翹課、打網咖必來一碗泡麵、使出渾身解數只為討心儀女生歡心，那宛如期間限定般有些幼稚卻快樂的行為，以及對戀愛懵懵懂懂的情愫，都將帶領觀眾重返那段難以忘懷的美好歲月。
同時本片還使用多首當年風靡泰國的人氣男團「U.H.T」，以及紅遍東南亞的搖滾流行樂團「LOSO」的歌曲，讓年代感被還原得更加完整。
本片也集結泰國當紅新生代演員，詮釋這段青春感爆棚的清新校園愛情故事。
由人氣男星格拉帕格潘（Nanon）飾演核心人物「阿東」。
年紀輕輕但演出經驗豐富的他，更讓觀眾期待他調皮幼稚又靦腆專情的表現。
而在片中氣場強大、活潑甜美，成為男同學們焦點的女主角「小琳」，則由人氣快速上升的拉查楠瑪哈菀（Film）演出。
